Which screens fit this monitor arm?
Screens from 24 to 57 inches weighing up to 27 kg, including curved and ultrawide models. Your screen does need VESA mounting holes.
Which VESA sizes are supported?
From 75×75 up to 200×200 mm (75×75, 100×100, 200×100 and 200×200).
Will the arm fit my desk?
With the clamp on desktops 10 to 45 mm thick, or through a grommet hole on desktops 10 to 40 mm thick. Both fittings are included.
How high can I set my screen?
The arm positions the mounting point between 370 and 660 mm above your desktop. That height is measured to the centre of the VESA plate, so it corresponds to roughly the middle of your screen rather than its top or bottom edge.
How far does it tilt, rotate and swivel?
Tilt runs from +60° to −20°, rotation is ±90° and the arm swivels ±180°.
Do I need a spacer for a Samsung Odyssey screen?
Yes. Every Odyssey screen needs a spacer for VESA mounting, and that applies to any monitor arm, not just ours. Which spacer you need depends on your exact Odyssey model, and there are a lot of versions. Email us at support@alberenz.com with your model number and we will work out the right one for you.
What do I need to mount it?
Nothing extra. All screws, the desk clamp, the grommet fitting, the USB cables and a step-by-step manual are in the box.
What are the USB ports for?
There is a USB-A and a USB-C port in the base, handy for charging your phone or connecting peripherals without reaching behind your computer. The USB cables you need are included in the box.

Ik dacht dat ze niet meer bestonden, de webwinkels die al de beloftes op hun webwinkel ook nakomen.

Dit is een voorbeeld voor vele webwinkels.
Het product: Albernz Heavy Duty monitorbeugel met gasveer tot 57 inch, waarvan ik niet zeker was (uit ervaring met andere webwinkels) of het wel een degelijk, goed afgewerkt product zou zijn.
En bovenal: zou die mijn brede monitor goed ondersteunen, want ik had in m'n zoektocht naar een kwalitatieve en betaalbare monitorarm in verschillende webshops, al zoveel negatieve ervaringen gelezen.
De monitorbeugel op kerstdag zelf besteld en reeds deze morgen (29/12) werd pakket (in België) afgeleverd.

Snel en vooral benieuwd de doos geopend. Alle onderdelen waren goed beschermd ingepakt. Alle denkbare hulp- en montagemiddelen waren voorhanden.
Ik vermoed dat gezien de vele onderdelen, quasi alle denkbare situaties m.b.t. verschillende montagemogelijkheden, er voor elk mogelijk scherm wel een systeem voorhanden was.
Wat bij mij vooral scoorde was de bijgevoegde heel duidelijke handleiding. Duidelijker kan echt niet, stap voor stap worden de opeenvolgende stappen en verschillende situaties van monteren uitgelegd aan de hand van zeer duidelijke tekeningen. De montage werd op deze manier eigenlijk heel makkelijk om uit te voeren. Toch werd het, voor mij toch, eventjes spannend toen ik na het ineenzetten van de monitorarm mijn monitor zelf ging inhangen op de arm. Zonder instellingen aan de monitor aan te passen, hing ik m'n monitor aan de beugel en liet deze dan heel voorzichtig los. Tot mijn grote verbazing gebeurde er niets, de arm zakte geen millimeter. Na de monitor dan volledig vastgeschroefd te hebben, was de verleiding enorm groot om de arm en zodoende de monitor eens in alle richtingen te duwen om het systeem uit te testen. En ja hoor, alles functioneerde zoals ik het mij voorgesteld en gehoopt had bij de aanschaf van de monitorarm in de webwinkel.
Resultaat: een 100% tevreden én zeer blije klant. Dit heb ik nog maar uiterst zelden meegemaakt bij een onlinebestelling.
Ik weet, dit klinkt echt als een stroopsmerende beoordeling, maar niets is minder waar. Elk hier neergeschreven woord is welgemeend en op zijn plaats.
Bravo Alberenz! Voor m'n volgende benodigdheden ter inrichting van een werkplek weet ik nu alvast waar ik moet zijn!
