When do I get paid?

You get paid on a monthly basis, one month after the purchase of the customer. If many of your referrals return the product this will be deducted of your earnings. We use a cookie look back window of 30 days.

Can I create discounts?

Yes you can, just contact us on support@alberenz.com and we can create a discount coupon for you. This may impact your commission but it will massively increase the sales.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship all over Europe, in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany we don't charge any shipping costs. In the rest of Europe we charge 10-15 euros per order.

How do I set-up links in the correct language?

That's easy! Within our portal you can add the link you want including the right country code. You can then generate the referral URL which you can share on your platform of choice.

How do I receive my earnings?

You receive your earnings directly on your bank account, don't forget to add your bank details in your personal portal.
